Apps
Web services are priced by the instance size you pick. Static sites have one flat rate.

How billing works
Rules that apply to every product
Invoices, payment methods, credits and failed payments are covered in Billing & Payments in the docs.
Charged from the day you create it
Resources are prorated from the moment they are provisioned to your next billing date, and the amount due today is shown before you confirm. Domains are the exception: each is registered for a year at a time.
Deleting credits the unused days
Removing a resource stops its billing and adds the unused part of the period to your project's credit balance, applied to upcoming invoices.
Allowances reset each period
Where a product includes an allowance, it applies per billing period and does not roll over.
