1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cosmoner's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Cosmoner provides cloud infrastructure and development services, including but not limited to:

  • Cloud hosting and server management
  • Domain registration and DNS management
  • Object storage solutions
  • Email hosting services
  • Application deployment and management

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Mine cryptocurrency without explicit authorization
  • Host or distribute illegal content
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks or other network abuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment and Billing

  • Prices are displayed in the currency shown at the time of purchase
  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected services
  • Billing cycles are monthly unless otherwise specified
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' advance notice
  • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

6. Service Level Agreement

  • We aim for 99.9% uptime for our core services
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
  • Service credits may be issued for qualifying downtime events
  • Details of our SLA are available upon request

7. Data and Content

  • You retain ownership of all data you upload to our services
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data as needed to provide our services
  • You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law

8. Intellectual Property

  • Cosmoner and its logos are trademarks of Cosmoner
  • Our services, including software and documentation, are protected by intellectual property laws
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months

10. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately
  • We will make your data available for export for 30 days after termination

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
